We start by understanding how the home is used: when people go out, what tends to be left on, what they want to check from a distance. We propose equipment that fits the budget, bring devices from different brands into one shared app and programme the routines that make sense for that home, such as switching off whatever was left on when the last person leaves.
Smart home equipment depends on the home's cabling and Wi-Fi, so we check the coverage before installing anything. At the end, everyone in the household learns to use the system and keeps a list of what was installed and which routines were programmed.
