User and technician training
A well-chosen system achieves little if people do not know how to use it. We train the people who use your systems every day and those who maintain them, with sessions built around your staff's real work.
Signs you need this
- You have bought a new system and half your staff still work the old way.
- Someone opened a fake message and the problem spread across the network.
- Your in-house technicians work by trial and error because nobody explained how the systems were put together.
Often the problem lies not with the equipment or the software but with people who were never shown how to use it. Mistakes repeat themselves, support receives the same questions, and one well-written fake message is enough to put the organisation at risk.
Every programme starts with a survey of what people do and what they still need to know. With end users we cover productivity in office tools and sound digital security habits; with technicians, the management of the servers and systems in their care. Sessions take place at your premises or remotely, with exercises drawn from everyday work and clear support materials.
Our trainers work every day with the systems they teach, so they answer practical questions instead of stopping at theory. After the sessions we follow up with participants to consolidate what they have learnt. On the systems we install, such as a VoIP phone system, a website or management software, training the people who will use them is part of the handover.
How we deliver
Needs survey
We talk to managers and participants to understand what they already know and what they are missing.
Written programme
We propose the topics, the groups and the format, at your premises or remotely.
Hands-on sessions
Each session is built on exercises using the organisation's own systems and cases.
Follow-up
After the sessions we answer the questions that come up at work and go back over anything that did not stick.
What you keep
- A written training programme for each group
- Support materials for participants to consult later
- Exercises based on the organisation's own systems
- Follow-up after the sessions, for questions that come up at work
