Email and SMS campaigns

A campaign only works if the message reaches the right person. We handle the contact list, the wording and the sending by email or SMS, and at the end we show how many messages were delivered and how many emails were opened.

Signs you need this

  • The customer list is scattered across spreadsheets and mobile phones.
  • Some customers say they found the organisation's emails in their junk folder.
  • Payment and appointment reminders are still made one by one, by phone.

Email and SMS both exist to reach people who already know the organisation, and they fail for the same reasons: out-of-date lists, numbers and addresses stored in different formats, and messages sent without a test. That is why we start with the contact list, before any message is written.

Then we choose the right channel for each purpose. Email suits whatever needs space and images; SMS suits whatever must be read the same day. Every send ends with a report, and what one campaign teaches goes into the next.

Email campaigns

We organise the contact list into groups, so that each person receives what concerns them. We also check that the organisation's domain (the part of the address after the @) is set up for sending, because whether a message reaches the inbox or the junk folder depends largely on it. We design a message template in the organisation's identity, send a test before every campaign and use professional sending platforms. The report shows opens, clicks and unsubscribe requests, and we help the organisation decide how often to send and what to say.

SMS messages

SMS reaches people even when their phone has no internet connection, which makes it the right channel for anything that must be seen the same day: a payment reminder or an appointment confirmation. When half the messages in a campaign fail to arrive, the cause often lies in the customer database, where numbers are stored in different formats, so we standardise them before the first send. We set up the sending platform and support the first campaigns. Sending can also be linked to the organisation's management software (through an API), so that notices go out automatically, and delivery reports show how many messages reached their destination.

How we deliver

  1. Contact list review

We bring the existing lists together, remove duplicates and store numbers and addresses in a single format.

  2. Platform set-up

We configure the sending platform and check the domain the emails are sent from.

  3. Message and recipients

We write the wording with the organisation, prepare the email template in its visual identity and decide who each send is for.

  4. Test and send

We send test messages, correct whatever is needed and launch the campaign.

  5. Report

We show what was delivered and, for email, what was opened and clicked, and propose what to change in the next campaign.

What you keep

  1. A clean contact list, with numbers and addresses in a single format
  2. An email template in the organisation's visual identity
  3. The sending platform configured and ready to use
  4. A report for every campaign, with deliveries, opens and clicks
  5. The API link between the management software and SMS sending, when requested
